Happier Home Care's Precautionary Measures to Prevent the Spread of Coronavirus

Happier Home Care is an essential provider of companion care in Burbank, CA and the surrounding areas, and we continue to serve our clients in these challenging times. We are actively monitoring the progression of Covid-19, as well as the recommended best practices and safeguards, and have adjusted our policies and systems to keep our clients and caregivers safe, and work to limit the spread of Coronavirus.

Happier Home Care is providing all proper PPE for all caregivers and employees and enforcing all recommended preventative actions to avoid contracting the virus.

All caregivers receive training on infection control, and learn to apply scientifically accepted COVID-19 infection control principles to reduce transmission of pathogens.

Additionally, all caregivers are screened prior to each shift to confirm the following:

  • They are NOT currently experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough and/or shortness of breath.
  • They have NOT been diagnosed with or exposed to anyone diagnosed or told by a medical professional that they may have COVID-19.
  • Neither they nor anyone in their household has been out of the country in the last 14-18 days.
  • Neither they nor anyone in their household has been in close contact with anyone who has traveled overseas, OR to a high-risk area within the last 14-18 days.
